The need to wander is strong in dad. I see now what the caregiver was talking about, you have to watch him all the time or he will wander off. Today I turn my back and he was out the door. But fortunately he just went into the back yard and sat under a tree and scribbled on his pad. I wish I could read what he thinks he is writing.
Today I found those old home movies that paw paw took when dad was a kid. It is good we had them converted to HGI, I think maybe it is the forth format they have been upgraded to. I brought him back inside later (I let him sit out there for most of the day, I saw no harm in it) and sat him down in front of the HI and let him watch them. He seemed to like the ones about the trips they use to take. There is no sound and they are kind of boring to me, except I do like looking at all the old stuff and cars.
