I got a great idea today I decided to take dad to the airport to watch the planes take off and land. When we got there he seemed to really perk up. We watched the aircraft most of the morning. I think he enjoyed it.
When we got home he took a new interest in his collection of die cast models of old airplanes. I even found him pretending to fly one around the room. He even made the noises like a little kid would. For a moment I thought I saw joy on his face.
