I found one of dad’s favorite TV shows from when he was a very little boy. It is an old western; I was able to play it on the HI in mono mode. He sat and watched it most of the day. Later in the day I found him digging in the back of the closet and he came out with a rifle. It was old and rusty but it looked kind of like the one in the western.
Dad cocks it several times and no bullets came out so I was pretty sure it was empty. I know very little about guns and it scares me that this thing was laying around. When dad sat it down for a moment I made sure there were not bullets in it and look around to make sure none were available to him. Dad took the gun out into the back yard and kept it with him the rest of the day. I don’t know if I should take it from him or not, maybe he will lose interest. It is pretty neat the way he spin cocks it, I’ve never seen that before.
